The application process consists of seven phases.
- Stage 1: Basic Information

Notes
- It is generally better to complete this application on a regular computer, rather than a mobile phone.
- You can view any stage (while the application is available), at any time. The application can be completed in any order, generally — but Stage 1 must be completed first.
- Use the Save button to save your changes before you move to another stage.
- For the essays in Stage 4, it is strongly recommended that you type them into a word processor (e.g. Microsoft Office), then copy/paste your answers in. This can function as a backup in the event that one is needed.
- Stage 5 allows you to add individuals who can complete your recommendation online. It is recommended that you do this as soon as possible, so they can complete the referrals while you complete your application.
- In Stage 6, you can upload a recent photo of yourself, your resume, and other documents.
- When you complete the form (Stage 7), the application will still be accessible, but you won't be able to save changes to it. An administrator at Uchee Pines will contact you regarding your application. During this waiting period, the Print functionality will be available.
- When your application has been administered, you will not be able to view your application.
- On Stages 1 through 4: If after correcting your errors you still aren't able to save, use the "Review my data for this stage" checkbox (bottom of page) to request that an Admin look at the data that you're trying to submit.
