Learn the amazing benefits of local plants!

Plant Identification tt

Do you remember the days when our grandparents had a herbal remedy for every cold, fever, headache, cough, upset stomach?

Plant Identification (TT) is keeping that wisdom and knowledge alive.

We conduct periodic outdoor walks and training in identifying local herbs, and teach how to apply this knowledge to several of the major ailments of our time: High blood pressure, Diabetes, cancers, and more.

About Us

We offer guided outdoor walks and hands-on training in plant identification, teaching you to recognize and use Trinidad and Tobago’s native herbs. Our courses go beyond identification—we show you how these powerful plants can support health and wellness, addressing common ailments like high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, and more.

Whether you're a beginner or an enthusiast, our sessions provide practical knowledge to help you harness natural remedies. Come explore, learn, and reconnect with the healing power of plants!

At this time, we run our sessions offline, and (mostly) outdoors. We employ social media to bring awareness and share information, but we prefer our sessions and interactions to be offline. Experiencing plants in the real world is more memorable than in the virtual world.

The skilful use of plants and herbs is a time-tested strategy for the recovery and health and wellness. You can begin realizing this by attending just one of our sessions.
